This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you visit megaranker.ai, create an account, connect third-party services, or use the Mega Ranker AI platform, including app.megaranker.ai.
1. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
Account information: name, email address, phone number, business name, and password (stored hashed). Billing information: payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card number, and we keep billing records such as plan, invoices, and transaction status.
2. CONNECTED ACCOUNTS
Depending on the features you use, you may authorize Mega Ranker to access connected platforms such as Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, and other supported marketing and analytics platforms. We receive access tokens and only the permissions you explicitly authorize — never your passwords for those platforms. Publishing to your accounts happens only through the schedules and approvals you set. You can disconnect any linked service at any time in the app, which revokes our access. Your use of each platform remains governed by that platform's own terms and privacy policy.
3. INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY
When you use the website or platform we automatically collect limited technical information: browser type, device information, IP address, operating system, pages visited, and session activity, along with cookies and similar technologies. This helps us maintain performance, security, and user experience.
4. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
To provide the service: create and manage your account, deliver AI visibility audits, generate SEO, AEO, and GEO recommendations, create content, publish content when you authorize it, monitor keyword rankings, and measure visibility performance. To operate the business: billing, customer support, security, preventing abuse, and improving our products. To communicate: service messages about your account, and marketing messages only with your consent, with unsubscribe available in every email.
5. AI PROCESSING
Mega Ranker uses artificial intelligence to analyze business visibility and to generate content, recommendations, reports, and insights. AI-generated output should be reviewed before publication where appropriate.
6. SHARING INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with trusted service providers that help us operate the platform — cloud hosting and storage providers, payment processors (Stripe), AI model providers, publishing and analytics services, and email and communication providers. Each processes information only as necessary to deliver its function.
7. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
We retain your information while your account is active and as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may delete content at any time in the app. To delete your account and associated personal data, contact us below; we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, billing, or security reasons.
